The precedent research, ‘Minimal Surface Module’, can be flexibly applied to paneling of any goemetry in Rhino. It is using ‘date tree’ for  ’Shift’  to get a mirror effect and using ‘Minimal Surface Module’ like a X-ref block.  Please refer to the tutorial link below for more details.
