The research is a basic step for all kinds of origami folding geometries. It has almost similar construction logic with ‘Space Frame’. The only difference is that connection elements are “surfaces”  rather than “lines”. The research started with the basic concept of Toyo Ito’s Dune Pavilion, but had more developed through parametric components. By shifting the group of points, it generates different degrees of folding which define the flow of space tectonically.
